What Fundation is
Fundation is a launch interface for community coins that carry a fixed 2% fee on every trade - 1% to the charity, 0.7% to Fundation, 0.3% to Pons. The charity share is routed to one charity. Launches are created through the Pons Family launchpad, and the charity recipients come from the public donate.gg charity directory. A coin can also be launched for a TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X account: then the 1% waits in the coin's vault for the account's owner, who proves the account with a platform login or a one-time code in the bio and claims it.
How the fee routing works
Every coin carries the same fixed 1% creator fee on its trading volume - it cannot be raised or lowered by anyone - and exactly one charity is selected at launch. Pons adds its own 1% curve fee, so a trade pays 2% in total. The coin's fee income, together with the creator's 0.7% share of Pons' fee, is collected by the coin's fee vault, which pays Pons' share (7/17 of every claim) to the Fundation platform wallet and forwards the 1% fee (10/17) to that charity through donate.gg - 1% of every trade for the charity, 0.7% for Fundation, 0.3% for Pons. The payout is bridged to Base, which has the lowest transaction fees and settles directly in USDC. Every configuration and payout is visible on-chain and on the coin's page.
What Fundation does not do
Fundation does not custody charitable funds on behalf of donors, does not issue donation tax receipts, does not promise a return, and does not guarantee trading activity, liquidity or any donation volume. Charity organisations listed here are sourced from donate.gg and are not endorsements or partnerships unless stated on the charity's own channels.
Operator details
Legal entity name, registered address and company registration number are not yet published on this site. They will be added here once confirmed, and are required for organisation verification on platforms such as X.
